Here is a link to a "press release" from Upper Providence Township.
The Developer submitted new plans, which I believe means they are subject to the new revised Steep Slope Ordinance.
From what we can tell at this point this is a more detailed attempt to propose a new zoning ordinance to replace most of the Township zoning ordinances (except those affecting municipal or industrial uses) including the Open Space Conservation District which would allow for residential uses (including cluster housing).
